Dr. Michael Buxbaum
Board Certified Family Practice
Dr. Michael Buxbaum is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the greater Houston area. Patients know him as compassionate, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. He combines clinical excellence with genuine attentiveness, making him an approachable and effective physician who puts people at ease.
Dr. Buxbaum serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and as an Advanced Primary Care Physician with the Memorial Hermann Physician Network. In 2024, he was recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance for Achievement of Recognition in Delivering High-Quality, Patient-Centered Care. He also serves as Medical Director for The Courtyards of Pasadena Skilled Nursing Facility and provides care in several long-term care settings.
A proud Cum Laude graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Buxbaum earned his medical degree from The University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth in 1998 and completed his Family Medicine residency through the Houston Methodist program at St. Joseph Hospital in 2001.

Dr. Pippa Schnee is a board-certified family medicine physician with a passion for improving the lives of older adults. Since 2015, she has focused on providing medical care in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. She treats chronic illnesses—especially heart-related conditions—to help patients avoid hospital stays and maintain a strong quality of life.
Dr. Schnee earned her medical degree from McGovern Medical School in Houston (formerly UT Houston Medical School) and completed her residency at Duke University Hospital, where she received awards for excellence in teaching. She later worked at Duke Primary Care and served as a Consulting Associate, training medical students and residents.
Before medical school, Dr. Schnee conducted cardiology research with the Texas Heart Institute and UT Health Science Center, with publications in the Journal of Cardiac Surgery, Journal of Heart and Lung Transplantation, and Medscape.
Known for her thoughtful communication and patient-centered approach, Dr. Schnee works closely with patients and their families to ensure care decisions reflect their goals, values, and long-term needs.

Megan is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of clinical experience. She graduated with honors from Texas A&M University in College Station with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and went on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Studies, also with honors, from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.
Since beginning her career in 2013, Megan has gained valuable experience in endocrinology and gastroenterology before finding her true passion in primary care. She now focuses on providing comprehensive, compassionate medical care to residents in skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care communities, where she is dedicated to improving quality of life for her patients and helping them age in place with dignity and support.

Nicole is an Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering comprehensive primary care to adolescents, adults, and older adults. She is passionate about providing holistic, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of each patient, and she especially enjoys caring for residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from The University of Texas Health Science Center and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from The University of Texas Medical Branch. She is nationally certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
